1. Definitions

  • Sulivery: the digital platform connecting vendors, customers, and delivery partners.

  • Vendor: a business or individual offering products or services through the Platform.

  • Delivery Partner: an independent third party responsible for delivering orders.

  • User: any individual or entity using the Platform.

  • Order: a purchase placed by a customer through the Platform.

2. Access and Registration

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Sulivery is not a party to any sales agreement between vendor and customer.

4.3 Vendors indemnify Sulivery against any claims arising from their products or services.

5. Delivery Partners

5.1 Delivery partners operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Sulivery.

5.2 Sulivery is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during delivery.

5.3 Delivery partners are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, and legal compliance.

6. Orders and Payments

6.1 Payments may be processed through the Platform, subject to available payment methods.

6.2 Sulivery may charge commissions or service fees.

6.3 Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are primarily handled between the customer and the vendor.

7. Liability

7.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7.2 Sulivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit.

7.3 Sulivery’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to Sulivery in the relevant month.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to Sulivery.

8.2 Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of platform content or software is prohibited.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Sulivery Privacy Policy.

9.2 By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

10. Termination

10.1 Users may terminate their account at any time.
